Dear Ryan:

Thanks for donating your time and services at the 2008 Tri Cities Most Wanted Event. Being a non profit organization, we do not have the additional funds to pay for services such as a DJ. We try our hardest to make sure that all funds raised at our events go towards the services that our families need.

Your time and dedication to this project was greatly appreciated as well as the professional service you provided. Being referred to us by a committee member was helpful and we knew that we could count on you to make this first year event a huge success! You not only provided a variety of great music for our guests, but you did an AMAZING job at keeping the audience excited and on their feet. The lighting system that you provided with your services worked great with our set up. It’s obvious that you bring that extra special touch to the table and you take pride in the work you do.

I hope that you will consider providing your services to us at other events throughout the year. It definitely helps make our events exciting and memorable. Without the support from people in our community like your self, many things would not be possible. The money that we raised at this event will help pay for things such as leg braces, wheel chairs, summer camp, diagnostic testing, flu shots, and of course, much needed research. The money that was raised at the event stays here in Saginaw County to help the many families that we serve.
